Preamble
This report has been prepared from information and documentation sourced from a number of parties as well as information on the public record, such as the ASIC corporate database.
It has not been prepared for any specific agency. It seeks to bring all of the currently available information together and thus some parts may be of little use to certain agencies. However, it is believed that it will be of interest to a wide range of government agencies such as but not limited to; the NCA, the ASIC, the ATO, ITSA and WAPOL.
It is believed their capacity to access Austrac for the possible outflow of funds from Billis and Giovinazzo will be useful. Also ASIC may be interested in making an immigration check on Rand director Dr Franjo Bozic who is reputed to have never attended a directors meeting and yet has been reported as having attended all twelve in the annual report of the company.
