Kucera Strikes Again

SURE, AS I ALLUDED to in Chapter 3, we know we are supposed to learn from history, or that if we don’t we are somehow doomed to repeat it. I don’t know who said that, perhaps it was one of the jacks from the special verballing unit in the WA coppers. Things just seem to repeat themselves.
